What is an Online WBL Facilitator Training School?

The Online WBL Facilitator Training School is a tool that will help you apply the Learning Guide to WBL Facilitation, learn about the various phases involved in the facilitation process as well as the tasks you will have to perform as a facilitator. 

You will also find out about the key skills needed to carry out your role in this WBL process and get training to develop them.

What are the School’s objectives?

The School aims to train you in teaching-learning processes focused on work-based learning and enable you to put into practice the Learning Guide contents.

Who is this school for?

The School is designed by and for WBL Facilitators, both for academic and company facilitators. It is focused on 5 different target groups that have been identified within the participant institutions: Adult learning, People with SEN (Special Education Needs)/learning difficulties, Bachelor’s Degree Students, Master’s Degree Students and NEETs.

What can I find at the School?

You can take an Introductory section to get you started. You should understand the phases involved in the WBL teaching-learning process you will go through. Furthermore, you will find a glossary of terms describing a range of skills that a facilitator is expected to have.
