Facilitation phases

Welcome to the second class: Phases in facilitation!

Do you know which phases you will go through in a dual teaching-learning process? There are three main phases involved in facilitation: before the student starts the dual process, throughout the dual process and afterwards, once the student has completed the dual process. Each phase requires performing a number of tasks. Completing each task successfully will be key to the smooth accompaniment of participants.

To help you keep them in mind and remember what they are, you can easily access the following resource. The tasks to be carried out are set out for each role (academic and company facilitators) and for each phase of the process you are in (before, during and after).
