Icam
Icam offers 3 general engineering courses, on 7 campuses in France and 6 around the world. It encourages international study semesters, on its campuses but also with its partners.
Icam also offers vocational training that enables employees, job seekers, people in transition, young people in secondary school or high school to train in various industrial sectors.

Pascal Berthouloux
Development of international partnerships
Pascal Berthouloux works in the international partnership development team of Icam, currently on development projects with universities in Latin America and Spain. he is also part of the executive committee of IAJES (International Association of Jesuit Engineering Schools) as secretary and working on the project of structuring the network within IAJU (International Association of Jesuit Universities).
Lucile Page
Public funding team at Icam
She is in charge of supporting project teams in finding and managing project funding. She previously worked in the administration and development of cultural projects. In the i WOBAL project, she is in charge of the financial monitoring.
Frédérique Pasquier
Director of Studies for the dual engineering course at the Icam site of Vendée
She is also responsible for the engineering training for adults for the West sites (Nantes, Vendée and Brittany). She has an engineering diploma (master’s degree) and a PhD in electronics, and designed microcontrollers in a company before joining Icam in 2003 as a teacher and researcher.
Lan Percher
Pedagogical referent at Icam Professional Training Center
Coordinator, then pedagogical referent at Icam Professional Training Center since 2018, Lan Percher is responsible for supporting trainers in their teaching methods and planning. She is also in charge of the professional training e-learning platform.
Jean-Pierre Bernard

He manages the development of continuing education for job seekers and employees in the field of industry. Dual work-based training is a strategic focus for the future.
OTH Regensburg
OTH Regensburg is a German University of Applied Sciences and one of the largest in Bavaria with ~11’000 students.
The degree programs span topics in technology, economy, design, architecture, social affairs and health on Bachelor and Master level with the aim to educate highly employable graduates rooted in scientific methods.
All study programs include mandatory internships to ensure a close link between work practice and academic curriculum.

Maskus Westner
Professor of Information Systems at OTH Regensburg at the Faculty of Computer and Mathematical Sciences.
He also acts as Deputy Dean of Study Affairs, as International Coordinator, and as coordinator for virtual teaching and e-learning efforts at the university. Prof. Westner obtained his PhD at the European Business School on the topic of Information Systems Offshoring. Before becoming a professor, he was a management consultant at a leading strategy consulting company and an entrepreneur.

Nerea Arteagoitia
Project officer
Nerea Arteagoitia has been a Technician in international projects in the Erasmus Project Management Unit of the University of Deusto since 2017.
She has experience in Account & Financial management of international projects.
She graduated in Actuarial and Financial Sciences and Business Sciences from the University of the Basque Country (Spain); before entering the University of Deusto, she worked in an Audit Company, a Local Financial Entity and Public Administration.
Irene Cuesta
Director of the Continuing and Dual Training Unit of the University of Deusto
She is PhD in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Deusto. She holds a Master’s Degree in Digital Marketing and Online Strategy from ISDI, a Diploma in University Teaching from the University of Deusto and is a Professor of Marketing. Currently, she is the Director of the Continuing and Dual Training Unit of the University of Deusto, responsibility from which she promotes the development of lifelong learning programs, as well as the implementation of the Deusto Dual Training Model, directing the School for Dual Facilitation from which all the people involved in the dual training processes are trained.
Isabel Fernández Rodríguez
Deusto Social Lab team - Dual Training Unit
With a degree in Economics and Business Administration, she has combined her professional career between consulting for companies and public bodies (1994-2004) and the University (2005-present). In the area of consultancy, she has taken part in European projects for the restructuring of industrial sectors and in technical assistance projects in industrial company reorganisations. In the University of Deusto his initial activity has been mainly focused on the area of Entrepreneurship and in recent years as a member of the Deusto Social Lab team and specifically in the Dual Training Unit.
Uxue Gutierrez Rodríguez
Coordination of Trainings at the School for Dual Facilitation at the University of Deusto
She has carried out different voluntary programs implementing “Successful Educational Actions” in several schools, participated in European projects, carried out research and worked as a Primary Teacher. Afterwards, she completed the Dual Master in Entrepreneurship and developed the intra-entrepreneurship project at the Dual Unit of the University of Deusto, developing and creating online training sessions and an Online School for Dual Facilitation. Today, she continues with the project while carrying out other tasks related to Dual Training services as a member of the Dual Training Unit.
Jon Legarda
Researcher at the Technological Institute of the University of Deusto-DeustoTech
PhD from the University of Navarra and Industrial Automation and Electronics Engineer, is a lecturer and researcher at the University of Deusto in the field of Engineering: electronic technology and communication networks. In his work as a lecturer, he shares the role of academic facilitator and dual lecturer, so he knows first-hand two of the roles of the dual training process at the University of Deusto. In addition, he has carried out and continues to be immersed in the University of Deusto’s facilitator training process.
Aitor Oyarbide
Dual training coordinator of the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Deusto
Aitor Oyarbide received his PhD in Engineering from Cranfield University (UK), and developed more than a decade industry experience as Operation and Systems Management manager. His research and teaching cover multiple areas of industrial management such as operations research, maintenance, digital twins, management systems, and project management. He has participated in several research projects (both European, National and Regional) and has published a number of papers in top ranked international journals.

As the leading public university for continuing education in Europe the University for Continuing Education Krems is specialized in enhancing the qualifications of working professionals.
Within the University for Continuing Education Krems the Department for Higher Education Research is a competence center for evidence-based development of higher education. He teaches (taught) at the University of Vienna, Alpen-Adria University of Klagenfurt, University of Applied Arts Vienna, University for Continuing Education Krems, George Washington University in Washington D.C. (Elliott School of International Affairs), and at THAPAR University (Punjab, India).
Corinna Geppert
Postdoctoral researcher at the Department for Higher Education Research at the University for Continuing Education Krems, Austria.
Her research interests include transitions in education, policy research and educational (in)equality. She has been a researcher and lecturer at various higher education institutions including the University of Vienna (AT), University of Nottingham (UK), University of Basel (CH) and the Institute for European Studies in Vienna.
Attila Pausits
Full Professor for Higher Education Research and Development
He is Head of the Department for Higher Education Research at the University of Continuing Education Krems, Austria.
He is the academic director of the Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Programme “Research and Innovation in Higher Education, MSc” and spokesman of the “Austrian Higher Education Researchers Network” and member of the newly established expert group for “Quality Investment in Education and Training” of the European Commission.
Centro San Viator
Centro San Viator, placed in Enkarterri (Basque Country), offers VET (EQF 1 – 4) and Hi-VET (EQF 5) training in the following areas: Retail, Car Mechanics, Mechanization, Electronics-Electricity, Child Education and Geriatrics.
We are an inclusive school that cares about those people with less opportunities, offering them a wide range of training to improve their skills to enter in better conditions to the labour market.
All our students spend a long time in companies, preferably following a dual system methodology.

Alfredo Garmendia

Alfredo Garmendia is Head of the International Affairs of Centro San Viator, where he has been working for the last 20 years. From this department they lead different initiatives into Erasmus+ – Youth, School, VET, adult and Higher Education – and others, such as AMIF, etc. Their long experience in EU projects has been determining to establish solid networks, especially in the Automotive and Third Sector.

Egibide is a VET School placed in Vitoria-Gasteiz (Basque Country) that offers 40 different degrees VET (EQF 1 – 4) and Hi-VET (EQF 5) training in the following areas: Electricity and Electronics, Mechanics, Computing and Communication, Maintenance, Chemistry, Administration Management and Marketing, Hospitality, Personal Image, Health and Social Services.
We have connections with more than 1.000 companies in order to develop student’s internships, dual programs and different kinds of collaboration projects.

In his role as Director of Vocational Training, he has participated directly in the implementation of the different Dual Vocational Training programs implemented in Egibide School since the 2013-2014 academic year, as well as in the design and implementation of several specialization programs in dual format in collaboration with some of the main companies in our region.
He also participates in several institutional Forums related to Vocational Training and the economic and social development of the Basque Country (Araba 4.0 Group, Vitoria-Gasteiz Industry Forum,…).
Izaskun Arratibel Irazusta

ENAIP
Born in 1951, ENAIP Veneto is a social enterprise operating in the vocational training field. Providing its services to about 4.500 pupils and 2.200 adults every year, it is one of the main organizations operating in the VET sector in Italy, both at a regional and national level. With its 18 training centres and 320 permanent employees (+ 530 external collaborators), ENAIP Veneto I.S.’s mission is to enhance professional development and social integration through work, the growth of local economies and labour organizations.
Together with ENAIP Piemonte, ENAIP Lombardia, ENAIP Friuli Venezia Giulia and ENAIP Nazionale, ENAIP Veneto is also part of ENAIP NET, a consortium dealing with the development of national and transnational cooperation, innovation, research and improvement of good practices in the vocational training sector. Within this network, ENAIP VENETO is in charge of the International Development Area.

Education in European studies, since 2008 she is dealing with European project planning and management on different themes and EU relevant topics.
She started cooperating as EU Project Manager for the International area of ENAIP Veneto and ENAIP NET in 2017, working in the management of EU projects funded by the Erasmus+ Programme (KA2, KA3), Life and Interreg on different topics with great interest for the Vocational and Educational Training and for the support to the development of European SMEs.

Marco Origani
Financial Manager at ENAIP Veneto
After university studies in economics, he gained experience in some companies in the accounting area.
At the end of the 1990s, he taught maths and accounting subjects for 3 years in a vocational training organisation. Since September 2002 he has been employed at Enaip Veneto and initially worked in analytical accounting and budget management for projects financed by the Veneto Region. Subsequently he specialised in the administrative management of Projects Financed by the European Community, and in particular Central Europe Projects, Erasmus KA2, Erasmus KA3, Life.
