4th National Multiplier Event, ENAIP (Italy)

Nov 24, 2023

On the 24th November a large and eager audience of more than 30 persons attended to the “i – WOBAL National Event” organized by ENAIP VENETO in the beautiful city of Verona, in Italy, in the framework of the national-renowned exhibition for vocational and educational guidance “JOB&ORIENTA”.

The event was intended to share the results and the methodology of the i – WOBAL project among students, tutors and other relevant stakeholders like companies, business associations, social partners and public bodies. In particular, besides the direct target groups of the project already mentioned, all stakeholders that are involved in the work-based learning experiences have been invited for discovering the innovative idea behind the project results and methodology. i.e. companies that host the students and where the facilitators work, social partners, business associations that help promoting WBL among companies, and public bodies, that are not only responsible for the contractual regulations on WBL but also have a promotional role for enhancing knowledge and awareness on the Dual system benefits.

The live call with Nicola Ceron and his yearly experience as school tutor for the ENAIP VENETO schools, has been the highlight of the 2 hours event, and it helps deepening the audience insight of the focal tasks and fundamental role played by the tutor in a VET school framework.

The reflection then continued, with the presentation of the tools and the methodology produced by the project, in particular the Didactical Guide for Facilitators, and the Online School for Facilitators, which will be soon tested in Bilbao, at the premises of the Lead Partner University of Deusto in a dedicated event.

Participants were informed on the project website and of the free access documents and the majority of them expressed their interest in keeping the pace with the next I-WOBAL achievements.
